In our effort to serve God more we become so busy serving God that we stop making time for him.

Do I believe God is listening to my prayer attentively? Do I believe that he is deeply interested in hearing my heart?
Reading deeply means being emotionally present while you read. Start your morning with a prayer for God to open your mind to understand, believe, and gain insight into his will from your reading of Scripture.
The Bible is not as difficult or boring as it is spiritual. Understanding and being inspired by Scripture requires a “veil” to be removed – We need our minds opened.
A daily quiet time helps us get to know God, and allows God to get to know us.
“Deep Spirituality” is about removing the robes that cover up the true and deep feelings of our hearts.
Have you ever had that feeling? Everything is going about as well as it can go, and then you begin to wonder, “how long can this last?”
When we are deeply spiritual we see God everywhere and in everything.
In the midst of our celebration, we want to make certain we don’t forget God. Ironically, I have discovered during the brisk pace of the holiday season it can be easy to lose our heart for God.
