There is no doubt that this world is changing, but it is up to each of us to decide and influence how it changes.
Compassion is having concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others. It is not simply feeling bad for what someone else is going through, but taking action to help and love them.
Each of us was given a destiny. God chose our talents, our passions, our abilities, our strengths, and our weaknesses all before we were even born. Our destiny is not just about us.
Our sense and desire for destiny, meaning and purpose in our lives goes beyond what can be achieved humanistically. How do you see this desire for the spiritual, unseen and eternal in you? Understanding this, how can you be more spiritual in your thinking and in your way of living?
Redefining our view of Jesus should include not only identifying compassion in his life, but exhibiting compassion in our own.
“Deep Destiny” is our theme for the day. The question you will be asking is whether or not you believe God has a destiny for your life.
