God’s presence is always accessible. However, it’s my faith and heart condition that determines each morning when I spend time praying and reading my Bible whether I enter the presence of God or enter the realm of religiosity.
The unrelenting difficulties we’ve experienced this year can prompt us to seek God in a new way.
When Christians are not experiencing the personal joy and inspiration of Bible reading, then something will be missing in them as well as the community of believers with whom they fellowship. There will be a lack of energy, interest, faith, hope, and love.
The Bible is not as difficult or boring as it is spiritual. Understanding and being inspired by Scripture requires a “veil” to be removed – We need our minds opened.
