When we feel alone and isolated, we can become afraid that if we really let people in, they won't accept us for who we are. But God wants fill the hole that loneliness creates.

The degree to which we are willing to let our emotions control us will determine our capacity to trust God. Simply put, trusting our emotions over God and his Word will lead us into a state of unbelief.
Resist the temptation to let fear induced stress make us quit for relief. Instead, rely on God to get through, realizing fear is an emotion we can conquer especially when it is based on tomorrows that may never come.
