Episode notes
Even though our inner thoughts may condemn us with storms of guilt and constant reminders of our failures, we can know in our hearts that in His presence God Himself is greater than any accusation. He knows all things.
1 John 3:19 VOICE
Some of the hardest feelings to deal with are the ones you feel about yourself.
The Bible calls them storms of guilt and constant reminders of your failures, those voices that sit in the back of your mind and tell you things like “you’re not good enough” “you’ll never fit in,” and “no one will ever understand you.” These voices can feel overpowering … for us. But they are not greater than God.
Hannah was a woman in the Bible who experienced not feeling good enough. She couldn’t have children, and in her day that meant she would have been seen as inferior and flawed. What are the things that make you feel inferior or flawed? How do you respond when you don’t feel good enough? Join us as we explore Hannah’s journey to confidence through her relationship with God with our newest Mini QT podcast.
