What is your attitude about serving people? Do you enjoy making people's lives better at the expense of your own time and energy?
There is no doubt that this world is changing, but it is up to each of us to decide and influence how it changes.
Something we can all learn from basketball, that gets little attention when it comes to our relationship with God, is the importance of an offense and defense to beat burnout.
Jesus had the resilience to continually going back to God in prayer to face his fears of dying. He did not give up but kept fighting with God to get the faith to move forward.
God doesn’t want us to feel like we have to conform in order to be accepted, and wants to help us become strong enough to stand for what we believe and who we are.
Fearless people have tenacity, which is the ability to keep fighting for something, and to believe you can win.
Perseverance is the continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure, discouragement or opposition. To persist and not give up.
At the end of this, you should develop a strengthening faith capable of helping you faithfully endure anything, anytime, anywhere, because you know God is working for your good (Romans 8:28-32 Voice).
God exerts and expresses an unwavering perseverance when he sees our good days having gone bad. He doesn’t stop loving us when we fail, sin, or give up.
