We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians, and opened wide our hearts to you. [12] We are not withholding our affection from you, but you are withholding yours from us. [13] As a fair exchange– -I speak as to my children– -open wide your hearts also.
2 Corinthians 6:11-13 NIV
The “Transparency Quiz” is a simple set of questions whose purpose is to sensitize and make us aware of our level of transparency. Transparency being defined as “free from pretense or deceit,” or “open” as II Corinthians 6:11-13 describes it.
Read the term in bold and each brief definition. Then select your level of transparency from among the three choices of superficial, connected, and deep.
“Superficial” would be the least transparent; “connected” means moderate transparency; and “deep” denotes the level of transparency Jesus would have us aspire to.
Remember, the goal is to figure out where you are at in your level of transparency. There is no good grade, except for answering each question as honestly as you can. Then you will know where you are at, and can figure out how to get where you want to be.
