By digging down deep, we start the process toward having a faith in God that is not easily shaken. However, depth takes work. It is not a personality trait or a natural talent, but rather a skill that must be worked at and developed over time.
Though in the moment our difficulties may feel like they are too much we can handle, God uses them as opportunities for us to grow. If we let him, God can use our difficulties to develop our faith to be mature, strong, and able to withstand anything.
When we live in denial of what we are struggling with or having a hard time overcoming, we get stuck, settle, and are never able to do the impossible God is ready to help us achieve.
Do you ever feel overly agitated and irritated, but don't know why? Oftentimes, anger and frustration are masks for unresolved anxiety. We need to discover what is underneath our worry so God can bring us peace.
When we get caught up in the stress of life, we miss out on the peace and contentment God really wants to give us. We must decide to dig deep in our hearts to find the source of our anxiety and worry so that God can relieve and heal us.
