Why it's important that we maintain strong convictions rooted in the Bible, and what the fallout will be if we choose to neglect them.
Is your faith strong enough to inspire the next generation?
There is no doubt that this world is changing, but it is up to each of us to decide and influence how it changes.
Use these scriptures on decision making to adopt God’s perspective of what’s important and what’s not.
A conviction is a belief you hold onto firmly.
Focus is giving a lot of attention, time, energy, etc. to one particular person, group, or activity. It’s having the ability to do one thing at a time, well done.
Each of us was given a destiny. God chose our talents, our passions, our abilities, our strengths, and our weaknesses all before we were even born. Our destiny is not just about us.
How do you respond when you go through storms in life? Emotional storms? Do they drive you closer to God and make you stronger in your convictions? Or do storms leave you shaken and weakened in your faith?
Our sense and desire for destiny, meaning and purpose in our lives goes beyond what can be achieved humanistically. How do you see this desire for the spiritual, unseen and eternal in you? Understanding this, how can you be more spiritual in your thinking and in your way of living?
“Deep Destiny” is our theme for the day. The question you will be asking is whether or not you believe God has a destiny for your life.
